What We Will Not Do

We don't carry every part for every door ever installed. If you've got an older or uncommon door and the exact spring or hinge isn't something we stock on the truck, we'll tell you that up front - it may mean a short wait on a part order rather than a same-day fix. That's an honest limitation, not a sales pitch for a full replacement you don't need.

We don't push replacement when a repair holds up. If your torsion spring is the only thing gone and the rest of the door - track, rollers, panels - is sound, we say so. We also don't do work outside garage doors and openers; if the problem turns out to be electrical wiring in the wall or a structural issue with the garage itself, we'll tell you and point you to someone who handles that, but we won't take the job ourselves.
